Origen Taberna is located at Calle Juan Álvarez Mendizábal 44, 28008 Madrid.

At Origen Taberna you can enjoy a seasonal and creative cuisine, where Mediterranean flavors predominate. Among our menu you can find from vegetarian tapas, mini burger, ceviche … to a classic like steak tartar. Raúl San Román Sánchez

Raúl studied, does “some” years already in the School of Salvador Gallego, in Moralzarzal. Later, its passage through such emblematic kitchens as the Hotel Santo Mauro, Asiana, Goizeko Wellington, Piñera and the fashionable Filandón …. Have marked their cuisine with a traditional character, some current winks and muuuuchos rogues rogues, thanks to his risky personality .

Eva Sardina Valdés

Eva, for her part, studied her cooking in Girona and the pastry, she made them at the School of Hospitality in Madrid (Lake). He began his work adventures in the kitchen of the Casino Terrace, followed by the Hotel Puerta de América, El Mentidero de la Villa, Goizeko Wellington and finally the Ritz Hotel in Madrid. Passion, sacrifice and perseverance are the three words with which Eva best expresses her love for the profession she chose to do “some” years as well.
